Each custom order takes 3 weeks to manufacture, plus shipping time from our headquarters in Philadelphia.

Returns and exchanges must be initiated with 7 days of the date the item is received. Items must be undamaged without any sign of wear or tear.

Sales of balaclavas, ski masks and all other hats are final. Those items cannot be returned or exchanged.
